The Subsurface Biogeochemical Research and Terrestrial Ecosystem Science programs within the Department of Energy’s Office of Biological and Environmental Research (BER) will hold their first annual joint investigators meeting May 14-15, 2013, in Potomac, Maryland, just north of Washington, D.C.
Registration, lodging, and agenda information is posted at http://www.orau.gov/tessbr2013.
Each funded project is expected to be represented at the meeting, preferably by at least the project leader. Note that project co-PIs from DOE national laboratories will require individual permission from BER to attend.
Each university and national laboratory project must submit an abstract and provide a poster summarizing the entire project and its progress to date. Abstracts will be reviewed, and researchers from a subset of them will be invited to make platform presentations during the meeting.
